Is delivery free?

  • Free standard delivery applies on all UK orders over £150.
  • A delivery fee of £3.95 applies to orders under £150.
  • Click & Collect is available in select UK locations at no extra charge.

Delivery Destinations

We deliver across the UK and Ireland, as well as to more than 200 international destinations. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Domestic (UK) Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery – Free over £150; £3.95 under £150; 3–5 working days.
  • Click & Collect – Free; order before 4 pm (Mon–Fri) for collection within 3–5 working days.
  • Next Working Day Delivery – £6.00; order before 2 pm (Mon–Thu) for delivery the next business day.
  • Premium Delivery – £4.95; delivery within 3 working days.
  • Saturday Delivery – £6.00; order before 2 pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday.
  • Please note: Some remote postcode areas are excluded from Next Day, Premium, and Saturday services.

International Delivery

Delivery charges and times vary by region and are calculated at checkout:

  • Europe Standard – 3–8 business days (cost shown at checkout).
  • Europe Express – 2–5 business days.
  • Rest of World Express – 3–9 business days.

All items are shipped directly from the UK. Customs duties and local taxes (if any) will be calculated at checkout. No additional fees are charged on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link—typically available within 24–48 hours. Click the link to follow your parcel’s delivery status. If tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, feel free to contact us via your account dashboard.

Multiple Parcels

For orders with multiple items, shipments may be dispatched separately to ensure quicker delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel—no extra charges apply.

Returns & Processing

If a package is returned, or if you failed to collect your Click & Collect order, please note that returns take up to 14 working days to process once received in our warehouse. Refunds typically reach your account within 5 working days thereafter—but banking policies may affect timing.
